Launceston Community Development Trust Limited was created in 2016. It currently has 6 Directors, all of whom are Launceston residents. The directors are connected to the community as suppliers, customers and friends.
We’re a company focused on doing what’s best for Launceston and its residents.
Our first project will be the creation of genuinely affordable housing in the area, with a piece of land near to the town centre that we’re aiming to make a high-quality project.
We plan to ensure that the properties will be allocated to people will have strong links to the town.
